Open-enrollment courses in basic leadership, supervision and customer service are offered around the metro San Diego area as part of the Professional Development Academy.
The Professional Development Academy of San Diego County is a partially grant-funded program delivered collaboratively by community colleges throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties. Created to enhance basic business and customer service skills as well as support economic development, this training is offered to individuals at work and community sites. Support for the Academy is made possible through a grant from the State Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges.
A series of three-hour workshops are offered in partnership with San Diego Community College District Continuing Education and the San Diego Metro Career Center.On behalf of the San Diego Community College District Continuing Education, we can provide non credit instruction on site in the San Diego metro area as long as courses are advertised, open to the public and meet the minimum or the minimum is guaranteed by your organization in an MOU. San Diego Metro Career Center offers an open-enrollment venue for the general public. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

All courses are taught by certified technical professionals who are experienced consultants and certified master instructors.
