Tom Martinson is partnering with San Diego Continuing Education to provide our community with great real estate insight, training and education. A veteran of real estate investing for more than 15 years, his portfolio consists of REO & VA foreclosures, fixers, commercial properties as well as new homes. 

He has kept many of his fixer homes as rental income properties and sold others for an average of 20-50% in profit. Thomas manages some properties himself in addition to being well versed on all aspects of working with professional property managers.

Over the past five years, Tom has instructed more than 300 real estate seminars throughout Southern California. His favorite teaching topics are: How To Build a Real Estate Business, Fixing & Flipping, Real Estate Foreclosures, and Creating a Winning Real Estate Strategy. He provides personal coaching and gives presentations on real estate investing to hundreds of California Real Estate Investors each month.
