Jillian Moss, Operations and Contracts Administrator, has more than 20 years of experience. She is skilled in complex project management and client relations. She creates logistical frameworks for accomplishing program goals, maintains budgets, and plans and coordinates program logistics. Terry Erbacher, Program Administrator, Ms. Erbacher has worked for ETi since 1997 and manages all administrative and clerical support services support for fiscal and sales departments within ETi, in addition to assisting with special projects on and off-site. She also coordinates ETi's online learning program and other not-for-credit workshops and seminars. Ms. Erbacher serves as the frontline point of contact for students, clients and instructors working with ETi. terbache@sdccd.edu
